Finally, a blog post!

Hello there,

I've been contemplating about writing a blog for a VERYYY long time already. Three full months to be exact. Ever since I completed high school I vowed that I would start a blog and fill it with rubbish. Some thing that I can look back upon when I'm much older... (hopefully I don't lose the url of this blog) Xp So here I am! FINALLY typing. I've actually had this blog for a month now. But only accessed it to edit the design of it. It has undergone quite a number of face lifts and I have yet to find a better design for this thing! But that doesn't matter now! I'm typing! (:

So what motivated me after all these months to finally sit down and type? Well, I'm now actually in a village in the UK, near Nottingham... Having said that, there isn't much to do around here (plus it's a Sunday) So I thought to myself WHY NOT NOW. I find this a great timing to start a blog cause it is, afterall, a new chapter in my life. I'll be starting UNIVERSITY! At Nottingham.

As usual, it's drizzling now.... thus again, nothing much I can do (can't chase butterflies in the garden) (:

I've only been here for a day now! But I think I'm adapting well to it! It's quite a change from what I had in KL. They actually bake their own bread here and plant their own vegetables. I feel like I'm a part of Enid Blyton's story book (unfortunately all the characters were toy animals but I think I won't mind being the silly rabbit). (Oh and DID YOU KNOW ENID BLYTON IS A WOMAN? I've always thought she was a man...if I knew she was a woman I wouldn't have read the books... like how I've never touched Harry Potter :D)

The funny part about me writing this post is that every time before I type something, I think of what I wanna type with a British accent in my head (quite a fail). :D Doubt I'm gonna pick up the accent though... After spending so many darn years in Malaysia, it's almost impossible to rid that awesome Malaysian accent. ): I mean, seriously, imagine me saying... "Would you like to have some tea" with a British accent. Can't see that can you? Xp

This will be it for now! Will update tomorrow! After I've done my apartment shopping in Nottingham and having actually SEEN Nottingham in real life. :D EXCITE. (It's been awfully long since I've been excited for something so good to know I can still get excited :D )
